For over twenty-five years, Anderson and Tully, P.C has provided a broad range of legal services to individual and business clients throughout Iowa. The predecessor to Anderson and Tully, P.C. was originally founded in 1973 by Brian P. Williams and Louis A. Lavorato. Mr. Williams recently passed away while Mr. Lavorato, now Justice Lavorato, left the practice of law and is currently the Chief Judge of the Iowa Supreme Court. Though our composition has changed over the years, our adherence to client and community service has not, and we continue to maintain the high professional standards established by our founding fathers thirty years ago.
Anderson and Tully, P.C. attorneys have served in a number of different capacities with various professional organizations. These organizations include the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Association of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Bar Association, the Polk County Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Employment Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Members of our firm have previously served as president of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, on the Board of Governors of the Iowa Bar Association, and as chairpersons on various committees of the Iowa Supreme Court, Iowa Bar Association, and the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association.
